Alpha Company is a one of a kind fitness and training organization based out of Kitchener, Ontario. Our goal is to take the skills we learn in the gym and apply them in an outdoor environment using an army-like inspired training style. Whether you are advanced or just getting familiar with the fitness world, the crawl-walk-run method we use ensures that every person develops the strength and skills they need to accomplish their Mission Objective (M.O.).
At Alpha Company, functional and strength training is the name of the game. The muscle we build along the way not only serves to make us look good, we put it to good use too!
What is Your Mission Objective?
If there ever was a single statement that rang truer than others, it is that goal without deadlines are dreams. Your task is to determine your mission objective. What great challenge are you looking to overcome? Is it a contest, a race or perhaps a bet you have made with a friend? Or maybe you have set a personal goal, like doing a set number of pull ups, climbing a 30’ rope or hiking twenty kilometers. Once you have a deadline in place, your next step is to prepare your tactical plan. Along the way, you will learn things like:
- The power of discipline
- The principle of progressive overload
- The importance of endurance
- And much more
By training in a team environment, you get to work together to set objectives, overcome obstacles, learn how to follow and lead, all while having a blast outdoors. Make no mistake, the training will be tough and the bar raised high, but it will be a whole lot more fun than training by yourself in a crowded gym.
Meet Your Team Leaders
By signing up with Alpha Company Training, every member will be assigned to a team led by a team leader. The class you join will depend on your current fitness level. Please note that in order to join any of our classes, whether Beginner (Private Level), Intermediate (Corporal Level) or Advanced (Sergeant Level), you must first pass a physical screening test (PST) before starting your training.
Your team leaders will conduct your training for a three month period.
