Private Levels I-III lay a foundation for handling the rigours of outdoor training through athletics based exercises that focus on improving movement.

Tackle Corporal Levels IV-VI with our standard outdoor training gear aimed at improving strength, stamina and camaraderie. Must pass a physical fitness test.

SERGEANT

(ADVANCED LVL VII-IX)

For the police, fire and/or army aspiring recruit, Sergeant Levels VII-IX present the greatest challenge with respect to strength, endurance, teamwork and leadership.
